Join us on select Saturdays this summer for tours of the Blair model home under construction! 

What can you expect during a Hard Hat Tour?

• Get a first look at brand new floor plans before they are available to the general public.
• View the building process firsthand before these homes are fully finished.
• Speak with the "tour guide", our Senior Community Representative, Courtney, who can answer questions about the community, the homes, future amenity spaces and the overall Shea Homes experience.
• Time-permitting, may also view future inventory homes under construction that will be part of our initial phase release. 

To ensure safety for all tour participants, closed-toe shoes are mandatory. We will provide the hard hats and vests!

Please understand that this community is currently under construction. The hard hat tour is intended to provide a first glimpse of these beautiful homes and what they will become. At the time of the tour, the model home will be in drywall, so if you were hoping to see the homes closer to completion, we encourage you to register for a future hard hat tour.
