The Shea Homes®’ Willow took home two distinguished awards at the 40th Annual MAME (Major Achievements in Marketing Excellence) event, recently hosted by the Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte. The MAME Awards recognizes select builders and land developers from the Charlotte Area for their excellence in advertising, design, merchandising and sales.
At this year’s event, the Willow floorplan won “Best Architectural Design” for homes ranging from 3,000-4,000 sq. feet and the Willow model, currently showcased in our Windell Woods community in Tega Cay, won “Best Interior Merchandising” for homes valued between $750K-$1M.
