The Arbor Amenity Village Now Open in Evergreen™

Shea Homes® Houston celebrated the grand opening of its new amenity village, The Arbor, in Evergreen.

This amenity village includes indoor and outdoor event spaces, a resort-style pool, splashpad, playground, and pickleball courts. The Arbor overlooks Evergreen Creek, which flows through the center of the community. Evergreen residents are able to enjoy the Arbor and other amenities in time for summer 2025.

The grand opening event held in April included refreshments, giveaways, door prizes, pickleball contests, live music, and tours throughout the community.

Evergreen is a master-planned community developed by Shea Homes Houston in Conroe, TX. This 740-acre community includes several nature-focused planned amenities, homesite sizes ranging from 40 to 70 feet, and an onsite elementary school set to open for the fall 2025 semester.

While driving on Highway 242, you may recognize Evergreen from the giant metal pinecone, located at the Greater Houston Builders Association PRISM Award-winning community entrance!
