What is a Quick Move-In (QMI) Home?
A quick move-in home, also known as an inventory home, is a home that is complete or near completion and is therefore available for a quicker move-in date than a traditional new construction home which is a home that hasn’t started construction yet. Traditional new construction homes may take 12 months+ to finalize custom design choices and build the home. Quick move-ins have all the benefits of a newly built home, but with a quicker move-in time frame. Our quick move-in homes are built with some of the most popular structural options, and interior features and upgrades have been selected for these homes. The purchase of a
QMI can come with many additional benefits, including possibly taking as little as 90 days to purchase.

What is an Under Construction Home VS. a QMI Home?
An under construction home is a home that has started construction but is in the early stages of building. Though many under construction homes will come with structural options and designer-selected features chosen, you may still be able to make some design selections of your own depending on the construction phase of the home.
